What do the following planets in my Midheaven say about my career?

Hi. New to the site and new to astrology. I have Venus, Jupiter, Pluto and North Node in my tenth house, which is ruled by Scorpio. My natal Venus is retrograde but everything else is direct. Not sure if this is important, but Juno is in Scorpio too. Every time I try to interpret these things myself, I just get confused. In need of some outside help. I'm 24 and having some career difficulties, using astrology to figure what to do next. Would be happy to provide a birth chart just as soon as I figure out how. Thank you.

A natal chart is really necessary to say much, aside from the fact that a stellium in the 10th gives emphasis to the career and profession.

I feel with Pluto in the 10th house you could be obsessive and very compulsed towards your career.

I feel you will have luck with Jupiter in the mix too. With venus, you need to do something that you love.
