Questions about Jupiter

I'm new to astrology and have lots of questions. I'm a sun Scorpio, and rising sign is Virgo. Moon sign is Capricorn.

Sun
Venus
Neptune
North Node
are in my 1st house.

Moon is in 2nd.

Jupiter in 4th.

Saturn in 8th.

Pluto in 11th.

Uranus
Mercury
Mars in 12th.

What happens in the natal period when the planet is back in the position of the person's birth? Does it make it more powerful? According to my book, this year, Jupitar is going to be in its natal position of Pisces. May 13 - June 27 and Dec 28-31. What can I expect during this time?

And what about the Capricorn moon? This shows up once a month. What are these dates good for?

Re: Questions about Jupiter

It is hard to answer your question without seeing your chart.

Jupiter orbits the sun every 12 years. Depending upon your age, you will have had at least one Jupiter return-- maybe several.

An ephemeris is like a time-table for planets. For each calendar day, it shows the planets' sign and degree. There is a good free one at Astrodienst www.astro.com .

Recall what was going on in your life during your last Jupiter return to get some idea about your next one.

I'm a senior, so I've had a bunch of Jupiter returns. They never amounted to a whole lot. Jupiter rules your life philosophy, so maybe I was a bit more philosophical during the returns.

You can think of your lunar return as the end of one cycle and the beginning of another. The moon takes roughly 29 days to orbit the earth, so it's a shorter time frame.

When a planet returns to its natal location
that's known as a PLANETARY RETURN

every natal chart JUPITER RETURN works differently
dependent on
Jupiters house, sign and aspects with other natal planets

and so
although it's fun to generalise
it's unreliable
because

entire individual natal chart requires consideration

Have fun while you Research, Study and Vigilantly Practice!

Moon is fastest moving planet
Moon travels each sign once a month
so everyone has a LUNAR RETURN every month

CAPRICORN is the domicile aka home of SATURN
and so
natal sign and house location of SATURN requires analysis

if required
these are instructions

hambone, the link led to imgur.com but your chart didn't come up. Try again?

Yes, I don't know what happened. It deleted my chart, because it was working this morning, when I posted it..
