moon trine sun and signifiactors trine venus/mars..
but his 3ruler is cadent saturn in 6th house...

I don't think he will. Your significators don't apply. Why do you need a chart for this? Why don't you ask, if not, then he doesn't. Not much you can do. Horary was used in the past when there was a dire need to know something.

Mars is slower than Venus and Venus has already passed that trine. Astro grids are not reliable.

Further, just "testing out" out horary is quite the most concerning answer you could have given. This is a divination. It's serious business. You won't even get reliable charts if you are just playing around with, and tempting your fate. People have come to use horary as pop-culture/fortune cookie play. It's really alarming.
