Validity of Question/Answer.

Hi,
I'm still learning horary from the questions/answers seen here.

If someone asks the same question but at several different times, is the outcome always the answer at the time of the latest question, or the original one ?

In The Martial Art of Horary Astrology, the author talks about "sacred time and space". It's the time when you know that the thing that you have been wondering about has developed enough to be asked as an horary question. That's the time that should be used.

However, not everyone who consults horary is experienced enough to recognize that time. When this appears to be the case to me, I either take the time when the question was first asked or the time and place of when I myself first fully understood the question.
