Despicable piece of garbage. I guess he is on the planet to show us how cruel a person can be, with no conscience whatsoever. I'm sorry the Martin's have to see this. Ironically, he IS experiencing his karma; he just doesn't realize it: he's one of the most despised people in our country and his actions initiated a new dialogue on racism, stand your ground laws, etc. There is some comfort in that.

The deeply disturbing lie that the death of a Texas officer is connected to Black Lives Matter

This past week in Houston, Texas a white police officer, Darren Goforth, was fatally shot and killed by a black man
with a lengthy and violent criminal history. It was a horrendous crime.
Thankfully, the alleged perpetrator, Shannon Miles, has already been arrested.
Typically, people who harm police officers don’t make it far before they are caught and either charged or killed.
This case was no different. What was different, and extremely disturbing, was
when Harris County Sheriff Ron Hickman attempted to draw a ridiculous connection between the peaceful Black Lives Matter movement and the murder of this officer.
The two have absolutely nothing to do with one another.
Both the official Black Lives Matter organization, its representatives, and its loosely connected friends and partners actually have real agendas,
real goals, real plans, and none of them, explicit or inferred, has ever suggested violence against police.
This man wasn’t given any orders or inspired by any Black Lives Matter leaders to do what he did.
No op-eds or speeches or workshops or emails from Black Lives Matter leaders have even hinted at violence toward police
and any attempt to say such a thing is racist in and of itself.
Just because this man who killed Officer Goforth was black, doesn’t make him a part of this movement
any more than being white qualifies you as a member of the Ku Klux Klan.

Twelve-year-old Tamir Rice was killed by police nine months ago and police and prosecutors claim to still be investigating,
but days after a criminal kills a white officer, the sheriff is already making declarative statements about motive and inspiration.
The double standard is thick. Justice for black victims of white police violence find investigations slow and justice rare.
Somehow though, those same slow officers have indicted all of black America in this shooting of Officer Goforth.

Man Who Likened Himself To George Zimmerman
Found Guilty of Second Degree Murder

- The killing was captured on video surveillance at about 11 pm 1 June 2012
Kendle mounted a stand your ground defense where he likened himself to George Zimmerman

Kendle alleged that the evidence against him was fabricated, stating;

Kendle killed Kijuan and paralyzed Michael June 2012, two months after Zimmerman’s arrest, but his trial was not until last week.
That's because Kendle’s mental health was questioned.
Twice, a judge declared him mentally incompetent to proceed to trial.
Kendle declared he wanted an “all female African-American” jury to decide his case
and refused to allow his court-appointed stand-by counsel, Jamaican-American lawyer Abe Bailey
to sit by his side at the defendant’s table.

He kept his cool as Kendle cross-examined him.

In the wake of the on-air Virginia shooting,
George Zimmerman went on a racist tirade via his Twitter account.

George Zimmerman returns to Judge Nelson’s Courtroom
for a
probable cause hearing
which was held in the case of the State of Florida vs. Matthew Apperson.
George Zimmerman took the stand to testify of incident on 11 May 2015.

Apperson is charged with three counts;
Attempted second degree murder with a firearm.
Shooting into an occupied vehicle.
Aggravated assault with a firearm.

first saying he could not identify the bag,
then saying bag did not contain multiple boxes of ammunition,

During a previous incident in September 2014
when Apperson confronted Zimmerman about the Trayvon case.
and according to Zimmerman, Apperson said:

"Did you know you were wrong to kill that little black boy ...?
real men handle stuff with their fists."

Matt Apperson was then involved in another altercation with Zimmerman
Apperson's attorney Michael LaFay said his client will likely claim self-defense
and a stand-your-ground hearing was "probable."

Jeremy McDole was shot in the back and paralyzed when he was 18 years old.
He was confined to a wheelchair and living in a nursing home in Wilmington, Delaware.
On Wednesday, 10 years after the bullet that paralyzed him, and in his wheelchair,
Jeremy was shot again. He was shot to death by police officers
who arrived in response to a call of a man who had a possible self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Prosecutor Scarlett Wilson announced the indictment this morning. Prosecutors will not seek the death penalty

The lawsuit, against Eaton County Sheriff's Sgt. Jonathan Frost and the county,
says the officer was driving a new patrol car on Feb. 28 that had "improperly bright or misaimed headlights, even on low beams."
Deven Guilford, 17, who had been driving to his girlfriend's house after playing basketball at his church,
was one of three drivers to flash their brights at the officer to get him to dim his lights, the suit says.

Frost stopped all three drivers.
Five minutes after Guilford was pulled over, the lawsuit says, the teen lay dead in the snow on the side of the road, struck by seven bullets.
The county prosecutor said the teen fought with the deputy and was killed in "justifiable self-defense."
Guilford's parents said in a statement that video taken by the deputy's body camera turned their "confusion" to "outrage."

Guilford's family says in the lawsuit that Guilford did nothing wrong in flashing his high-beams at the officer.

Frost's "entire course of action was illegal and in violation of Deven's constitutional rights," the suit says.
The lawsuit says Guilford asked for the officer's badge number and questioned why he was being stopped
things within his rights to demand.
Frost, the suit says, escalated the exchange at every stage and ultimately used excessive force.

The teen fought with the officer for only TEN TO FIFTEEN SECONDS before he was deliberately shot dead with seven shots

argued that Gonzalez be sentenced to between 24 and 30 months in prison,
saying his client is a good man who worked in a dangerous environment where it’s difficult to always get it right.
Avrahamy also argued that Carrillo provoked the beating by using insulting and threatening language.
