What's more powerful????

I have a big doubts regarding to transits, but specially the longer lasting ones like Jupiter to Pluto.

I know that when a planet transits a house, the effect endures more than if the same transiting planet aspects the ruler of such house but maybe it wont be so powerful as when that planet conjuncts the ruler of such house. Right?

In few words:

Transits to rulers are very powerful but the effect endurance is quite short.
Transits to houses (without aspecting anything) are less powerful but the effect endurance lasts longer.

Th question is: What has more powerful impact in someones life? When the transiting planet is visiting sole the house? Or when it conjuncts/trine/square/oppose the ruler of that house??

Both.
When a heavy planet (and the 'stage setters' are the most powerful) crosses angle it is very powerful. As it moves away from the angle it still impacts the house but will be very powerful if it make just about any aspect to a natal planet. If it begin a conjunction (or square or oppsition) to more than one planet at a time it is even MORE powerful....and longer lasting. If it retrogrades back to the aspect it is even MORE powerful.

When a planet enters a house it is a NEW message. If it makes aspects...to the ruler of the house or other planets...the message is stronger and longer lasting.

The personal planets move pretty quickly....but Jupiter and Mars are both "activators" so they are powerful in their own ways.

There is no such thing as a "short" transits by Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto. And some of the last 3 can last for years. If they bring supportive events it will be a time of good fortune and opportunity. If undermining, it will be a time of frustration, deception, irrevocable difficult change, chaos and unpredictability.

Transits are worth studying in depth. They are vital. VITAL - in understanding the nature of the 'way things are.'
