I like horary with an answer soon to be known!
The ASC is too late, you may have already have a decision, moon in H4 although it is angular but it will opposite the MC, so the H4 moon is not a very good location for Career chart.
The mars=the project rx in your first house, the project come to you but not in a very nice way, it may demande loads of work and very stricted.
Without date and place, I could not see further detail ......
Simple conclusion: you will not take that project.

Thank you very much for your analysis and I have some questions. Do you mean that IF there is a possibility to take this project, its not very good for me? And why you said that you need the date and place? I don't know much about horary. That's why I am asking you these things!

If I have the detail of date and place I could calculate more detail like how the moon move and how's the dignities of the main significators and how they interact with each other.
