Find my stuff

Yesterday 2.02.2019 at 6:20pm as i was taking a nap it came to notice that my gold ring which i use to wear in my index finger is been missing. I looked for it everywhere but could not find it.I m not sure that i lost it in my home or somewhere. But i think most probably i dropped somewhere in my home. Will i be able to find it and where should i search for it? please help me.
