Reg. Advice on Divorce & Second Marriage

Dear Sir,

Please find my and my spouse birth details below.

Husband
DOB - 05/07/1984
TOB - 7:00:00 AM
Place of Birth - Surat (Gujarat)

Wife
DOB - 01/11/1988
TOB - 10:30:00 AM
Place of Birth - Surat (Gujarat)

I got married in December 2008. I and my wife lived together maximum 5 months. I have one daughter who is in the custody of my wife.

Since last 10 years i am facing court case which was filed by my wife. she is not giving me divorce so currently i have filed divorce petition in court.

Please advice on my below questions:

1) will i get divorce if yes when?
2) is second marriage promised if yes when? will it be arranged marriage? should i do second marriage or should i become Sanyasi?

Looks like your condition is serious and complicated too.
I wonder if 2014 gave you a new purpose in life to go on for?
