how to rectify a chart

Hi all..id like to know if theres anyway to rectify a chart without a birth time...Id like to look at my dads chart..he was born sept 29th 1940 fort erie canada...any sugesstions be good

I agree time is important. The time marks off the Asc, subsequently each house in the chart.
