Terribly powerful synastry (8 double whammys) and composite charts

The two have been in love since they met each other; it was in fact practically love at first sight for both of them. Unfortunately due to conditions in their personal lives they have yet to be able to put it together and marry. End game is coming up though and they're starting to make their plans. What should they know about the relationship, and one another? What stands out?

I mean, she does have a temper sometimes and on occasion has been rather cruel in her wording when expressing her displeasure. Of course the same can be said of him (Mars-Moon quincunx) to an extent, as they've had their share of hot, explosive argument. But I'll say of that pair of mutual aspects, they are more readily expressed as a fiery, sexual desire and passion.
