Owning a house

Hi sorry that I constantly post :)
I have lived in the same house for about 30 years of my life. It’s my moms home and it’s very small and old and modest. I hate it!!!
My Saturn Maha Dasa will start soon, saturn rules my 4th, I assume during this period I’ll get to be a home owner?? In the US it’s not easy, you need money and credit and financing etc, which I don’t have haha.

When exactly will it be possible to own a home during my saturn dasa and will it be beautiful or old like the home I have lived in all my life?

My info is 18 September 1984 at 09:48am in Corpus Christi / Texas / USA

The mutual aspect between the Moon and Jupiter, the aspect of Jupiter on Mercury and Jupiter getting exalted in the navamsha chart are favorable signs for owning property in your chart. It may happen in the major-period of Saturn.
