I can see when Neptune went through Capricorn that the Tattoo sensation may have become an art experience. And Neptune passed through Aries which correlates with the physical body and our first house appearance.
But presently the sign ruling skin, Capricorn has Pluto transiting which rules obsessions and fanaticism, and Tattoo shops are popping up everywhere!
Mothers of these stinking inking children say their child is totally obsessed and the generation is in a fanatical trend!
