I'm not seeing a move abroad, perhaps its just a 'dream' for you and this is something that may or may not happen. It could be many years in the future, so the chart points more to here and now.

Your significator is Sun also in fall at the 4th, so for now you are staying put. Sun will change signs in 4 degrees, perhaps you will feel much more stronger and feel better in a few years and then you can plan your trip abroad.
