Smile Roller Coaster Life - Higher Education (US/Canada) + Foreign Settlement ?

Hello,

I would like to thanks all the astrologers here and this website first. These are my details :
DOB - 16 November,1988
Time - 9:35 am
Place - Ranchi, Jharkhand, India

My life till now : I am/was above average student till now. Completed my engineering in computers. Got a job in MNC - worked as Intern for six months. Resigned the job in 2012. Went for higher studies to west 2012 september. Gave up higher studies just after 2.5 months and came back to India. Was unemployed for last 1 year. Now finally working at one of the top five best companies(MNC) but in India.

All I want to know Is there any chance that I may go to foreign country again for higher education and complete it this time ? Is there any chance of foreign settlement in my chart ?

Details about my Charts: Jupiter Mahadasa going to start from Sept,2015.

ShadBala : Saturn > Moon > Mercury > Jupiter > Mars > Sun > Venus
BhavBala : 10>2>7>8>1>3>4>11>5>6>9>12

Some things worth mentioning :
1. Vargottam - Venus in Virgo (Lagna,Moon,Navamsa - Debilitated and Neech Bhanga Raj Yoga in all 3 charts)
2. Atmakaraka - Venus
3. 5/6 Raj Yogas ,Parivartan Yogas also in both charts.

Chances are there for visit(s) abroad, but about finishing study and settlement I am doubtful. For study you have to leave the job again which I again doubt you will do!!

Your Jupiter is average, so be glad it's not malefic :-)
things would have been different otherwise !!
