Hello! I put your chart info into Solar Fire - Placidus - but I come up with 19 degrees, 54 minutes Sagittarius ASC and a Virgo-Pisces MC - IC. I have the exact same coordinates as you show in your chart. I've got the right birth data. I have the time zone set to Brazil Time. Do you have your time set to a different time zone?

No, in the site i choose automatic time zone. There's any problema? 🤔

We would read the chart differently with different degrees and signs on the cusps. Your chart has expired. Maybe you could check the time zone the service you used chose for your chart.
