Are they Still Together?

This is a third party reading, not involving me.
I do Tarot readings and learning Horary to use both for clarification.

"Are they still together? and if so what type of commitment do they have?"
I would say couple in question are no longer together due to the negative aspects between L1 and L7, but I'm confused with L7 sextile jupiter in House 10th (his turned 4th) or perhaps L7 is with someone else?

But what is jupiter?
Sun, jupiter and Saturn in House 10th (L7 turned 4th)

L7 sextile Jupiter in House 10 (his 4th) also with sun and saturn

The significators Venus and mars approach a square, without any reception, so there is no positive exchange of energy and only a weak promise.
Moon approaches a sextile with sun, and just reaches sun in the very last degree, which shows they are coming together, but on the brink of a change.
Mars, ruler of the ascendent, is exactly sextile the descendent, showing a desire to stay together, but mars is in the 9th of foreign places.
In addition Jupiter, ruler of 9th is conjunct the south node of the past.
It doesn't look like they are together.

To give you feedback, as you noticed this travel thing
L1 travels a lot, a few times a year, so there were issues while/during travel and it appears a break up or argument ensued during one of L1's travels abroad but they befriended again and my querent wanted to know if they were still seeing each other
