Question about award / cazimi moon

I just wanted to share this interesting chart with cazimi Moon. My question was will I get this art related award. Answer is obviously no as 10th ruler is at 7th house and and Sun ( could be jurors) is in thigh applying conjunction with 7th house ruler inside 7th house. I guess that they were just making the decision as I was asking the question because of the cazimi? I know asc is very early but I think it won’t count here so much. I’m poor Saturn at my own house, not getting the award

Yes, in this chart if the planets aren't in the detriment of Saturn, then they are disjunct. This chart looks like an unequivocal no to me.
