After watching the video I think it was a series of snowfalls over 2 months but the wind and cold may have been daily for 2 months without let up.

I remember those days when I had to walk to school in snow up to my eyes - uphill both ways - going to school and going home.

Another post needed to get my charts in. Any opinions on predicting this event?

Image g shows the Tropical rendition of the Sidereal Caplunar before the blizzard began. It looks mild with the Sun conjunct Jupiter and straddling the Asc with Mercury and the Moon.

But find the MC in image h. It was at 8°04' Scorpio. On it was the midpoint of Sun/Saturn at 7°56' Scorpio along with Mars/Pluto and Jupiter/Saturn.

There were 4 eclipses in the year before the blizzard. The charts are attached.
