Neptune-Pluto Yod pointing to Lilith

I understand that quincrux aspects point to some unease and "lack" of communication" between planets. So what does that mean when Lilith is being pointed too? That have have issues with my "dark side" in relation to death-regeneration-change (Pluto) and idealism-compassion-imagination-spirituality (Neptune)?

Pluto is retrograde in Scorpio in the 12th House.
Neptune is retrograde in Capricorn in the 2nd House.
Lilith is in Gemini in the 8th House.

I would like to learn what is YOD with Lilith means also.
In my natal I this is the YOD I have:

->Pluto in 10th house Libra
->Neptune in the 1st house Sagittarius
->And the finger of God is Lilith in the 6th house of Taurus & conjuncting a lunar eclipse
