Marriage - By Clerk of the Court

I'm not sure of the exact time of this marriage, it was probably done between 9:30am - 3:00pm. It's difficult to determine the house placements, but considering the planets and aspects, could one determine how long or how well the marriage will be?

is the groom the sun and the bride venus?

The moon makes all aspects here, Venus cojoined by the moon but makes an opposition to neptune. Not sure about the other aspects. The bride needs citizenship but she also married a foreign man, who's citizenship maybe in question. Wish I had the exact time? The marriage was done a few days after the 7/11 eclipse, the groom is french and I suppose he choose the french independence day for the marriage.

To give you an opinion, most will need you do the homework of establishing the time of marriage first. Without a correct ASC and DSC, we dont kn ow who is the groom nor the bride.
