I would read it pretty much the same way... with Mars sextiling Saturn and trining Saturn. I would read Saturn being in your 6th may mean that you will come into contact with him through your work somehow. Mars in Cancer in the 4th can denote a patriotic attitude,and connection the the homeland.

Moon in Taurus in his turned 5th, can say that you would like his gratitude, for him to "shine his face upon you", so to speak - that he recognize you in some way. I'm not sure if the chart is saying that you will get such a token, or whether this is just your wish.
