Horary significators in the same sign

Hello. I asked a yes or no horary chart and the two signficators are in the same sign but not in orb to each other. So, is this a yes or a no?

Well first depends on the context of your question. Also whether they are applying to a conjunction, or separating, and aspects they are making to other planets.

Actually I think I will furnish a bit more info:

I believe the aspect is applying. Venus is at 9 while mars at 29. Venus is making a sextile to Uranus at 6th. In fact I think I will attach the job below.
