Would this transit bring stability in love relationships?

I am having trouble understanding transits and how they apply with relationships. Could someone please help me understand this aspect better?

Would someone who has Venus Conjunct Uranus at exactly 15 degrees Sagittarius, experience more stability in their romantic relationships when transiting saturn touched at that degree ? Or would Saturn act as something destructive ?

Also does anyone know how this aspect applies natally ? (Venus conjunct Uranus)

The other reason I would recommend that you put up a chart is that I can't find a time in recent history when Venus and Uranus were conjunct at 15 degrees Sagittarius. Perhaps you meant another degree or another sign?
