SA Venus conj 7th house ruler?

what to make of this - prediction wise?
I've heard SA Venus on Sun or vice versa can give marriage, can this also?

Hi Hermetic, let us talk about the conj. Venus Sun Jupiter, that is taking place in the chart, yes it is a strong indication of marriage, but it has to come in an explosive sort of way Mars conj. Uranus in the fifth, and after a prolonged mental debate Sun conj. Mercury and Sa. the ruler of the 7th conj. hermetic, we need to 'see' charts, pref natal & SR. You just can't pick out one planet/aspect and say --- that definating means romance.....
