I can't attract any women sexually. Only in a friendly way.

Helike, you have Saturn with Mars, but Mars (and Moon) is disjunct Venus, which makes men cautious, hesitant, and frigid.

What do you think? Will I be successful with women in my later life? Or is it permanent?

I think you will have marriage with a younger woman because the Moon is waxing in first quarter, and that she will be bold and unruly because of the applying aspect to Mars. I will check some timings in a sec.
