Hey, the image link expired. Can you post your chart to photobucket or attach it here? Also, what do you think the aspects are telling you?

.......what are the lines in the centre of my chart?

I assume that you are referring here to the lines running through the centre of the chart from the outer zodiac sign wheel.

These are the natal houses......numbered from 1 to 12......and the degree at which they meet the zodiac sign wheel is the "house cusp"......Thus, your 5th house contains 4 planets; has 11.08 degrees Aquarius as the cusp (starting point) and ends at 10.44 degrees Pisces (which is the 12th house cusp).

...I'd like to learn about my aspects......whatever aspect you decide to note, I want to know where/how you saw it.....

Aspects are a measure of the degrees between two planets (or a significant point, such as Asc).....conjunction=0 degrees......sextile=60 degrees......square=90 degrees......trine=120 degrees......opposition=180 degrees.

However most new astrologers work with an aspect orb of 8 degrees, to allow for the fact that a planet's influence extends beyond the exact zodiac degree on which it is located......Thus, the conjunction=0-8 degrees......sextile=52-68 degrees......square=82-98 degrees......trine=112-128 degrees......opposition=172-188degrees.

Hence, you have in your chart the following aspects :-

Moon:moon:conjunct:conjunct:Mercury:mercury: (3 degrees)

Mars:mars:conjunct:conjunct:Saturn:saturn: (3 degrees)

Neptune:neptune:conjunct:conjunct:Uranus:uranus: (3 degrees)

Pluto:pluto:conjunct:conjunct:North Node:northnode: (0 degrees)

Sun:sun:Trine:trine:Jupiter:jupiter: (2 degrees)

Venus:venus:trine:trine:Pluto:pluto: (3+ degrees)

Venus:venus:opposed:opposition:AscendantASC (3 degrees)

Mars:mars:trine:trine:MidheavenMC (3+degrees)

Saturn:saturn:trine:trine:MidheavenMC (1 degree)

(There are others, but these illustrate the point adequately)
...comment on me from my chart aspects, and explain how you came to that conclusion.......particularily mercury, moon and sun.

Moon conjunct Mercury :moon::conjunct::mercury: in Aquarius/5th House

Moon = emotions : Mercury = rationality : Aquarius = Ability to detach : 5th house = Creations.

The ability to detach from your emotions enables you to rationally explore and write about your experiences.

Moon = nurturing : Mercury = thinking : Aquarius = friendship : 5th house = children.

Mindful parenting can make you and your children friends for life.

[Note :- The point I am trying to make is that potential meanings of every aspect vary enormously......and so, make sense only when seen in the context of the whole chart and the actual experience of the native......The reality is that no-one but ourselves can read our charts accurately, because we alone have the experience/knowledge that comes only from "living" it.]

May I suggest you read the 'welcome sticky' at the top of this forum? It has some great explanations, links etc and also has links to forum rules & regs...At the top of every forum there are lots of ‘stickys’ which explain matters in that forum, along with guidelines, tips and forum rules

Basic astrology
Now basically your sun sign is your 'core beliefs, values, ego' and Asc is your physical body, mode of expression and mask and persona that we all wear and hide behind, but definitely not what's going on underneath. What's going on underneath is your Sun sign. Moon sign, house placements and aspects describe your emotional and intuitive responses, also describes your view of your mother, as saturn describes your father by sign and house position.

So, think of a glass milk bottle the bottle is your Asc and your sun the milk, but the milk still has to 'come out' through the glass neck of the milk bottle....

Now aspects within a natal chart represent 'facets' of our personality, because we are all multifaceted beings. What these do is 'break down and compartmentalise' these facets into smaller bite size chunks. This does take quite a lot of self analysis and objectivity to 'see yourself' and why you do certain things and behave in certain ways. Actually it can be quite good therapy...

We also have and Education forum for newbies to explore

If you intend to learn about astrology, you will need to begin with a natal chart, it need not necessarily be your own, but many choose to begin this way, in an effort to better understand their own life journey, and purpose. Astrological natal charts are as individual as a persons ‘fingerprints’ depending on where (latitude & longitude) and time of birth.It is important to get your *time of your birth* as this is the most important information.

Here are my personal recommend beginners links to focus upon Natal charts:-
I hope that you come here and want to learn about astrology and join in with exchanges. There ever expanding Education forum here and lots more to explore. http://www.astrologyweekly.com/forum/showthread.php?t=12556 http://www.bobmarksastrologer.com/TOClessons.htm

House systems
Lots of people that come into Astrology get their free charts calculated at www.astro.com and the default ‘house system’ used is Placidus and think that’s just the norm and all that there is……..BUT that is just the tip of the iceberg. You can change the default on astro.com in Extended Chart selection to Equal house and a few more.

Throughout the forums but mainly in natal astrology there are two main branches Placidus (unequal size houses) v Equal House (whereby each house is same size) but lots more……. For more information on these go here.

It's only with study and research will you be able to assess where your planets are deposited and in which houses... thus see which 'glove fits'
