I have only just seen these charts but I wonder what in his chart made him powerful enough to influence 39 people to commit suicide. I just watched a couple of video's of him and he scares me, seriously. Who would listen to him.

Astrologically what in his chart made him so controlling, and why did he manage to brainwash others. The mercury Trine Neptune must have influenced his ability to invade other people's minds.

I just noted the chart has nothing in Air, and there is also a T.Square to Uranus in Aries/Asc. And I wouldn't call him grounded regardless of his Sun/Moon in Taurus 2nd trine Saturn in 10th. Although Sun is square Neptune (self - delusion) although I won't be too cheeky my boyfriend has this aspect. Maybe that powerful Uranus shakes the normal stability you would see in his other chart placements, maybe to his cult members he was someone to rely on as crazzy as that sounds to me. But anyway I am going to bed now, I can't post back and forth to myself all night :D .

I cannot imagine anything in a chart that would make anyone that... persuasive. I'm almost more interested in the charts of his followers. And I wonder if similarities can be drawn between Applewhite's chart and Jim Jones'.

The power of cults terrifies me. I'm disgusted by the recent goings-on of the group being investigated in Texas, and I'm watching closely the "Grassley Six" investigation. The whole thing gives me the shivers.
