Will my drawing/sketching skills be a lot better by year's end?

I am an aspiring car designer and in order for me to succeed as a designer I need to be able to draw and draw quite well. I just want to know if my work will finally transcend to a competitive/professional level by years end so I can compete for an Automotive Design internship. Below I have my Charts and a SUV drawing that I did.

In all honest I am not happy with were I am at with my drawing and I have to be better.
