Well I'd say indications are actually there. Moon in 4th is opposing Mars 4th ruler of current home, I can see you just want to leave where you are right now with Moon/Mars opposition. But Moon will change signs and apply to Mercury (which is both 9th and 7th ruler) - future home/removals. Mercury is in detriment though and slow, also conjunct Neptune - have you decided where you want to go and how this is going to happen? As in through work or study? I think this shows things to be up in the air right now in regards to where you end up.
Moon is in much better shape in Taurus. So you will feel much better once you move. I'd say 7+ months or so before you move. Could be a bit longer. I don't think its years and unlikely to be weeks.
Edit: Just noticed Antiscion of Mercury is at 26.57 Libra and Moon is opposing it. Not sure how to read this. Perhaps there is some challenge here, paperwork from authorities as this happens in 10th house... So you need to fix that first.
