While not all cases are the same, not all cases are THAT unique either.
I agree. Generalizations, like stereotypes, are factually based predictions. They are not always correct, but often enough to become stereotypical.

It's half and half, because in one hand, generalization can be accurate to a T, but in the other hand, the vice versa can happen.
