House for Second Spouse?

This is the chart my sister put in place. She is getting divorced. Her divorce will get formalized in a month or so... (finally long wait is about to be over)

She wants to know if she will marry again?

She is the ascendant/mercury in the 4th house, and I see her close to the sun/current husband but moving away. Moon in the first house, shows herself.

Which house should I consider for the next marriage, 9th or 7th from 7th? And what role will Sun play here?

So in this case:
Mercury conjunct Jupiter, but before that mars will square Jupiter.
Sun and Moon will square too, so there could be some resistance here.
Also, both Mercury and Venus share the same degree

Would like to study the chart on my software before giving an answer. Do you wish to give the information about the chart, city, date time? I like the Moon sextile angular Venus in the 4th house. Moon in your friends 1st house could mean the situation is much under her own efforts to have success in another union. Nothing is impossible in love.
