Why Tsunami happened in Indonesia? Last night

UPDATE
More deadly tsunamis could strike the Indonesian coastline in the coming days
authorities warn, as the volcano which triggered the weekend's devastating wave
continues to erupt.
Sutopo Purwo Nugroho, a spokesman at Indonesia's National Disaster Mitigation Agency
warned Sunday that more tsunamis were possible
as long as the volcano remained active
Indonesia's Ministry of Maritime Affairs confirmed on Monday
that the tsunami had been triggered when the Anak Krakatau volcano
erupted in the Sunda Strait between the islands of Java and Sumatra
prompting a series of underwater landslides.
"Sixty-four hectares of the slope collapsed .
Our censors did not sound early warning because
they are for tectonic activity not volcanic activity"
spokesman Rahmat Djamaluddin said.
When the displaced rock shifted beneath the water's surface
it "pushed up" the water on top of it, CNN meteorologist Allison Chinchar said,
and generated the tsunami.

The tsunami's impacts were compounded by a tidal wave caused by the full moon
BMKG said in a news release.
At least 373 people have died from the tsunami
which struck the Indonesian coastline without warning Saturday night.
Hundreds more are injured and more than two dozen remain missing.

A crowd was watching Indonesian pop band Seventeen
at a show organized by state-run electric company PLN
at the Tanjung Lesun beach resort
when the massive wave crashed through the stage and threw it into the audience.
In a series of emotional messages posted on Instagram
lead singer Riefian Fajarsyah said that
his three band members and Seventeen's manager, had died.

I have to add too Jupy, back in July 2018, we had earth quake in Lombok, Nusa Tenggara Barat. I myself had a bad feeling back then, so I delay my vacations because I usually passed that area when go back in homeland, Flores Island.

INDONESIA HAS SO MANY EARTHQUAKES BECAUSE IT IS ON THE RING OF FIRE
an arc of volcanoes and fault lines in the basin of the Pacific Ocean.
The area shaped like a shoe spans 40,000 kilometers (25,000 miles)
and is where a majority of the world's earthquakes occur

I don't usually read charts like these but I'll give it a go.

I find it interesting how Moon opposes Saturn, Saturn representing the Earth in Capricorn (Volcano). Moon the water in Cancer (Ocean), opposition is the eruption, water and earth coming together. There is also Sun in Capricorn, Moon opposed it... full moon, perhaps the trigger!

Your country is Venus, 4th house ruler, in detriment. It is in middle of Scorpio and it seems going through a difficult time, Venus has another 15 degrees to go through this, so I expect things like this may happen again in future. the 2004 tsunami happened 14 years ago, and Venus in 15th degree of the sign... so the 2004 tsunami happened as Venus recently entered Scorpio if we take each degree to represent a year.
And the 2004 tsunami happened right at this time of year. Interesting.... would've been approximately the same seasonal transits.

would've been approximately the same seasonal transits.
however there is not a tsunami at this time of year every year
so there are similarities yet notable differences
for example
loss of life 2004 Boxing Day tsunami - more than a quarter of a million people died
and
2004 tsunami was not caused by volcano - but by earthquake

also
good observation from SunConjunctUranus by the way

That year, Tsunami happened in Banda Aceh, Indonesia.
Omgoosh
Moon opposite saturn 1H and 7H; make a sense.
creating chart for Banda Aceh, Indonesia for date of Great Malefic 25 May 2004
is likely to show connections

And the seasonal transits are not exactly the same at this time of year every year. The position of the sun is, and Venus and Mercury are in roughly the same part of the zodiac, but not necessarily the exact same signs or degrees. Neither are the positions of the outer planets--that changes year to year.

I don't have time to do this right now, but it would be interesting to look at an event chart for the 2004 tsunami and see what the similarities are.

because
for MUNDANE practice

creating chart for Banda Aceh, Indonesia for date of Great Malefic 25 May 2004
as well as location of 2018 most recent event on another chart also for 25 May 2004
is likely to show connections
to event charts for both 2004
as well as 2018
