It will be dropped by the prosecutor to a misdmeanor charge. She was charged under the 'gang' law but that will be dropped. Good publicity for the violent mob though. Instead of writing about the police officers who have been injured, some critically or the property damage of one billion or the 7 black people killed during the riots, they concentrate on the white, woke Liberal woman who was over-charged.

The violent mob can attack any citizen they don't like, attack police, burn, loot, vandalize but they are considered 'peaceful'. Here is what's really happening, throwing white paint on an elderly lady who wants the rioters to leave her city.

The violent mob riots continue, the black on black killings continue but crickets from the Media on any of the real news concerning the BLM.

Hundreds shot this weekend yet again in the black inner-cities, rapes & robberies up because police don't go to those areas anymore.

Where is BLM in all this tragedy?

BLM ignores all of these issues because there is no money or publicity in them.. It is so much easier and more profitable for BLM to blame the police and a racist society for all of the black society’s problems and to focus on a few black men who were killed by the police, and in doing so, have progressive city council members, mayors, governors, congressmen, senators, and companies groveling on their knees and giving millions of dollars in cold, hard cash to BLM.

BLM is a fraud & not really doing much of anything to make black lives better. Instead, BLM incites riots and encourages violence, arson, and looting to the detriment of the black community, and all the while,BLM laughs all the way to the bank.

A riot was declared after a group broke into the @PPAVigil offices, started a fire, and continued to feed the fire more fuel. This is a terribly dangerous situation. Officers moved the crowd so the fire could be extinguished before it could grow out of control.

Chicago Dem Mayor...Lightweight Lightfoot FINALLY admitting the gun violence is out of control in her city.....like her Democrat comrade in Portland who took 6 months to see the light....Do Nothing Dem Lightfoot agreed for a massive police presence in downtown to try to halt the looting, rioting, vandalism, killings, rapes, robberies.

Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot said she implemented a community protection program -- a lockdown with massive police presence -- that will be in place “for foreseeable days until we know our neighborhoods are safe.”

"As officers were making the arrest, another vehicle passed by the officers and fired shots at the officers, as their vehicle turned the corner, resulting in an exchange in gunfire between officers and the suspects. A bullet was found lodged in the cage of the police vehicle."


At least 100 people were arrested in Chicago overnight as looting and violence overtook the streets, injuring multiple police officers, authorities said.


No violence according to the woke, Liberal Democrats....just peaceful protests.


Thirteen officers were injured, including a sergeant who was attacked with a bottle, and at least two civilians were shot during the unrest after midnight Sunday, in the early hours of Monday morning, as hundreds overran the city's upscale Magnificent Mile shopping district and surrounding areas with vandalism and violence, authorities said.

Gun lovers take note: This latest episode in Chicago was instigated by a call to the police that a man had been seen packing a gun. Apparently, in Chicago, just being seen packing a gun is a serious enough crime to warrant a police chase and a shootout!

Now that Chicago & Portland Mayor have seen the light & the destruction & death that BLM riots have brought to their cities, when will Dem Seattle Mayor Jenny Durkan wake up & smell the looting & rioting & burning in her city? She said nothing about the violent Chop'Chaz Zone but praised them instead.
Durkan praised the mostly peaceful protest, yet signaled that it was time for protesters to leave CHOP because of the late-night violence.:andy:


Only after pressure from the WH, did the Do-Nothing Dem Mayor allow the police to finally come in & clear out the area, arresting 30 for violence & the downtown residents & businesses were happy to get peace back after months of out of control violence.

Durkan doesn't learn anything. The WELL RESPECTED Seattle black Police Chief, who worked her way through rank & file to assume the leadership role has just resigned. The city council voted to fire 100 officers & slash the police budget. They even cut the Chief's pay because she stood with her police force & supported them.

Vile retribution from the Radical Marxists against the African-American PC Carmen Best who put her life on the line to protect the citizens of Seattle.

BLM achieved their goal in Seattle to create division within the community & the citizens. And, once again, it's the black community that will suffer the most. This is the goal of the Marxist BLM activists...to create division, chaos, destruction & darkness so they destroy each city one by one & then have their leaders take control. :annoyed::crying::sick:

The first black woman police chief Carman Best forced to resign after the Radical city council slashed her pay by 50% & the police budget the same.
BLM activists, who've never done one honest day work in their young, woke lives, succeeded in punishing a black woman out of her career who worked hard to achieve her dreams. They destroyed her. The Radical Dem Party doesn't care, they don't condemn the carnage deployed by BLM, they only condemn the police who put their lives on the line to protect the communities....

only President Trump has shown empathy for her & criticized what happened to her.

The black community is outraged & the downtown business group say it's only going to get worse in their city. They say it's like a death, a huge loss.

Dirius, the guy's been caught, and will probably receive the death penalty, although Life Imprisonment without parole would better serve Justice. [IMO].

He's been caught and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. It sounds like a "an open and shut case". If there were suspicions of evidence tampering, false witness reports, or denial of due process, there might be cause for protests.
