I have to ask, is your birth time correct? Some people are born right on the hour, but oftentimes a rounded time is an estimate. If it's an estimate, that's OK, but then the house cusps may not be accurate.
Also can you say what's troubling you now? A "blind" chart reading is hard to do, and not as efficient as getting a sense of a real life. I can see transiting Pluto opposite your sun, which can cause a big identity crisis, notably with respect to your friends or hopes and wishes for your future. Pluto is in the 5th house of children, so if you have any, s/he/they can be another source of difficulty at this time.
