When will my husband and I settle, and in which country?

I have a friend who works in a country other than her own and is married and has children.
Her husband is always in his motherland! And he comes very little to her, and she wants him with her and their children, but he always makes many arguments!
Once he says my mother is old and I have to take care of her and again he looks for other arguments!
Note that his brothers and sisters are in the same country as the mother and can take care of her.

My friend is very tired of the state of instability. She has emotional and physical needs, and the children also need their father.
She asked him a long time ago for a divorce because she was tired of such a situation!
But he refused the divorce, he does not see that he is wrong!!!

Now my friend asked: When will my husband and I settle, and in which country?
She says she wants to make a decision after this answer.


The ascending sign here refers to my friend

Her husband is Gemini and Mercury.

Mercury is here in the husband's sixth house, which is not a good house, with pressures, preoccupation with work and a boring routine.

There are some positives, but I think, the negative indications prevail.

In relationships questions is usually an aspect between the significators essential.

So it looks like they will not settle.
