A month ago, I asked a double question by myself in a horary ("will i sell the property? when?"). But the point is i am not an astrologer. Does it invalidate my question? Will I have to open another chart if i ask again to a professional?
I tryied to open a chart by myself because i'm curious and read something about astrology, but the truth is there are many tricks in horary (and maybe im afraid of the answer too). Could you help me with the interpretation about the horary and if it will be necessary do another question, another time?

** i am not the owner, my parents are. But I made the renovation by my own of this store (its a comercial property), currently used for nothing and they allowed me to sell and change for another property in another city. Thats why i'm anxious about it, the sale will allow me to move faster.
