No Air in Medical Chart

This is a chart for a medical problem I've been dealing with for years as the fixed angles attest to. Issues are lightheadedness, dizzy feeling, and foggy thinking all the time. The 'dizzy' astroid is always prominent. All kinds of medical tests show me to be healthy so emphasis in the 12th house means this is a difficult issue to diagnosis.

My question is, what could no air in the chart indicate medically?
