I've been stumbling around your forum from last few days & it really seemed that people here are pretty helpful to each other. That's what made me join this forum.
I believe in Vedic Astrology a lot & I request you all expert astrologers out there to shed some light on my Questions.
Firstly my birth details:
Date: 11 Feb 1987
Time: 7.57 AM (Accurate)
Place: Dewas, Madhya Pradesh (India)
Fyi, attached is a screen-cap of my horoscope birth-chart.
I am running in Saturn Mahadasha currently & its nearly to an end in 2013
Now I'll tell you important events in my life:
1. I believe in business & not in a job in any way. I entered in business in 2007 & 2007 & 08 were very lucky to be mentioned. I earned a lot of wealth during this period.
2. From a long time me & my family needed to sell our old house & get a new one constructed. So fortunately we managed to sell that one during around May 2009. & started construction of our new dream house since then, we managed to get it done around 2010 & shifted to the new one in around Feb 2010.
3. I could not work much during this period. but after that, I did managed to work quite better & earned a respectable amount myself. But from around September 2010 I've not been able to get any new projects to work on. I only received payments (as wealth) for my previous projects & received funds until mid 2011. From then until now it has been a not so good period, I've stopped receiving new projects & yes I am struggling with many unusual-problems daily.
4. Now, I am willing to sell this new house asap, because I don't want to live here & settle abroad. I've started the procedure of selling, like advertising this property among brokers, etc etc. since last 2.5 months. People are coming to see the property, everyone is praising this excellent property, but no-one is disclosing their figure. I don't know why! Even if I see from the buyer's perspective, its a great deal & a truly excellent property. I must admit that it isn't a normal residence, rather should be called a huge or gigantic one, I'm asking for around 17 millions & am trying to settle for much less than the the demand. But the problem is no-one of them is opening there mouth, with any figures
5. I am also wearing some gemstones. They are 2 Neelam, 1 Diamond & 1 Emerald. I wore a Neelam in neck in around 2008 start or a bit later. Another Neelam, Diamond & Emerald in rings during mid 2010, when my work started to suffer.
6. I've liquidated my all other investments including, lands, bonds, shares, policies, etc etc.
7. Around Sep 2010, when I realized that my income sources are getting scared, I gave out small & big chunks of money on interest, for a regular income.

So, gentlemen, these were some of very important events of my life. Below are some of my questions.

1. I need to sell this house very very urgently, for liquidation. So if there are any remedies to do, I am surely willing to do.
2. I took some small amount of loan from relatives too, that I need to repay asap. Could you please point out when would I be able to repay the loan ? Its a big burden on my head.
3. My business is at point now, on which I must invest money to get it running & acquire new projects. (Fyi, I am sorry I am not directly disclosing my direct identity, due to security issues for myself). So, could you point out some time, or maybe some remedies which can restart my business forcefully ?
4. The money landing thing is looking profitable to me, its also profitable to the taker, because the amounts I am charging are very reasonable. Can I burst out some more chunks of money for maximize income ?
5. Please review my gemstones, if there is any problem with those ?
6. How will be my current Pratyantardasha of Saturn-Jupiter-Venus & upcoming pratyantardasha.
7. And finally, I've a lot of hopes with the Mercury Mahadasha. How will be my upcoming Mahadasha of Mercury, starting 2 April 13 ?
8. Due to all these financial worries, I am also unable to get married. I am not much concerned about my marriage, but you see as born in a Indian Hindu family, there are pressures from my parents as well to marry soon. If you have some extra time out of your precious time, please shed some light on this matter as well.
