Jupiter conjunct Uranus and jupiter trine jupiter transits in natal

So I currently have both these transits and i'm just wondering if the fact that I have Sun opposite Jupiter in my natal chart will make these transits less likely to bring about anything positive or lucky.

Specifically... i'm a musician and out of nowhere I suddenly have decided I must do whatever I can to find a way to work with a certain very well known musician (even though I only really create music privately). It's not at all like me to come up with great fantasies like this, let alone attempt to play them out, so it seems really odd and out of character.

I don't want to become famous for music, I just really feel that this person could really change my life in a positive way and completely motivate me to actual pursue music as a career.

Is it at all possible for this to happen during these Jupiter transits, or does my overall birth chart basically shut down any luck?
