Should I Keep Flat or Pet?

Please help.. I recently became a caregiver to a pet which I've grown very fond of but my landlord is not budging with my flat contract of NO PETS. I can't decide if I should:

1. Stay at my current accommodation which I LOVE and am very comfortable in and give up the pet to another family to appease landlord.

OR

2. Move to an accommodation which allows pets if I can find one within one month which is proving to be a longterm financial sacrifice as I'll have to start paying extra rent and stressful moving costs...

What's the chart saying is the better decision? My significator and moon are applying to Jupiter, ruler of my 7th which makes no sense to my question (title)..

Mercury the ruler of the (L1) is Applying to Jupiter (L7) in 6 units, it seems that you might move in 6 weeks or months time. Air/fire combination ( lets see if this is gonna be a short time - weeks? )
