Overseas research assignment and what else?

Hello members,
I have been assigned overseas for a 12 month research position (as suggested in 9th house solar return) but what does all of the activity in the 11th and 12th house indicate? Major relationship upheaval? I have attached a solar return, natal return, and natal. Any thoughts most welcome. Thank you in advance.
