Hi Hermetic,
Did you go through a difficult period preceding the eye complaint, where your eyes should have opened to a particular event but remained unclear?
I ask because you have
1) Neptune in Sagittarius (long/fore-sighted) that is square Venus in Virgo (short/narrow-sighted). Neptune as (modern) ruler 9th house (found to be associated with health problems) is also quincunx Ascendant(physical constitution).
2)Ascendant ruler and ruler 6th house are Moon square Jupiter. Harsh aspects between rulers 1 and 6 are susceptible to physical complaints.
3) From last October transiting Mars (infections) crossing Ascendant and into Leo has basically activated every planet in your chart.
4) Transit Jupiter has entered Pisces, where waterfalls could occur, were it not for the fact that as ruler 6th house, it is quincunx Sun and square Mars in dry signs.
5)As well as transit Saturn conjunct Sun, transit Pluto is square natal Sun. There have been circumstances beyond your personal control to change; only to accept. How easy is that for you?
Your natal Mars is well aspected to Sun and Moon. You keep your head held high. Cancer would suggest that tears could flow freely giving red eyes through expressed emotion, yet with Moon in Aquarius square your only planet in water, maybe this isn't so readily so. They are there but do they reach the surface? There is no natural outlet for any pent-up feelings (whilst Mars transited 12th house and Cancer), the eyes 'remain dry'; both feelings and eyes become irritated and the redness comes from Mars' only physical outlet.....through the body.
Both transit Tr. Uranus and tr. Neptune have been effecting the natal Venus-Neptune square. If your birth time is accurate, tr. Uranus will also be conjoining your 9th house PoF.....your luck
could change if you are prepared to undergo a change in your personal attitudes (trine Ascendant?) and let go of all you may have been hanging onto that has lost its necessity for your future.
The eye medication is necessary. It will allow the eye to see clearly again in the future. But what about you?
