Here we see a person with mercury/jupiter on the ascendent opposing Neptune on the descendent, upbeat and communicative, but prone to illusions about their partner.
And from this we would expect to see them attracted to unrealistic too idealistic relationships.

Thank you so much Elena for the clarification. So this would not be a soul connection or karmic relationship or any kind? Just an illusion?
Neptune on saturn/south node would indicate some past karma debt to be paid, and you in this relationship in effect do not show yourself to the other as you really are, so it isn't necessarily a conscious deception on your part, but something left over from a past contact that you have to overcome now.
So, both, a contact that will be victim of your illusions, and a chance to pay off your past debt to this person.
Their Saturn will demand hard reality and not want any of your illusions, trying to get you to be more transparent and realistic. You will reply with confusion.
Lots of work involved here to resolve it.

So would this indicate a past life connection? Also would this be a one sided thing because of the debt? I'm pretty new to this as you can probably tell haha but would the connection be felt both ways? or is that not something you can interpret from this information alone. Sorry for being such a nusance
What is karma? It is something left over from a past life.
That doesn't mean necessarily a love relationship, it could have been a parent/child, a business partnership, a friendship, a client/merchant. You gave out lies and deception, and now you have to recuperate in this life what you did to them before.
In any relationship contact, one puts out energy that the other receives.
You put out Neptune, and they put out Saturn.
You will receive their Saturn energy, restriction, reality, and they will receive your Neptune energy, deception illusion confusion.
Each will rebel against the unfriendly energy of the other.
As I wrote, quite a bit of work to be done here, and it won't be easy.
