Known outcome. "Will I get my baggage?".

Here is a "simple" chart.
Could someone comment on this?

"My baggage was lost, but the airport administration promised to find it. My question: will my baggage be returned to me?"
09.01.2015, 12.29 Belgorod, gmt+3
50.36n, 36.34e

My interpretation:
s1 Ven 7.14 Aquarius (querent)
s2 Mer 6.27 Aquarius (baggage)
Asc 7.25 Tau
reception Ven-Mer by triplicity, Mer-Ven by decanate

s2 Mer is trying to apply s1 Venus.
But get slowed and then, is going to reverse.
Exact aspect Ven-Mer won't be.
The maximum closeliness will take place 11.01.15 when Mer and Ven at their nearest. Then Ven becomes separating from Mer.
So, we have not the aspect. The moon has no major aspects to both significators.
However, the baggage has been returned to the querent - 11.01

Could someone comment on this?
Aspect doesn't complete, but the event however took place...
Must I have seen the aspect s2 Mer - Asc (6.27 Aqu - 7.25 Tau ???) or s1 Ven - 2cusp ???

Jupiter is trining Fortuna which may be an indicator, though I haven't looked past the obvious. Did run a chart for the event, though, attached.

Jupiter's antiscia falls on the ascendant, though I would be reticent to call it on that. My best guess is the Jupiter-Fortuna trine, which seems to at least describe the situation somewhat, but I'm not sure I would have seen it beforehand, either.

Fortune yes, may be, it's in Jup's (s9) sign. A some sane significator.
Antiscia of Jup yes, I don't think it has an impact here, too.
The aspect Mer (s2)-Asc could have infuenced, what do you think? Usually I don't give much attention to such aspects (quest.sing.- Asc) , may be I should take it more seriously ??? ??? ???

Maybe anything or someone esle? Would be thankful a lot.

Mercury and Moon make aspect to Ascendant. This is positive.

Somehow authors don't accent such aspects, as a rule all ones concentrate on singificators themselves. As for me, I usually always see them, but always not sure if they certainly give an event.

Here I answered to querent "maybe, not sure, let's wait".
