Interesting...I had the same question 2 days ago and post my prediction on another forum, here is what I post there:

Will Neuer beat Messi and Ronaldo and win the Ballon d'Or?

I cast the chart for the moment I asked the question: 1.dec.2014 9:05pm Beograd, Serbia ASC=16Leo21

As I would like Neuer to win, he is represented with 1st house ruler Sun. To win the Ballon d'Or is 10th house matter(success) ruler is Venus. We see Moon will translate the light from Sun to Venus, so that would be Yes answer to my question.

We will find out who is crowned the winner when the ceremony is held on Jan. 12. 2015.

Yes, wrong analyse. Moon aspect first POF then Venus so actually we have no unobstructed translation of light so that would be No answer.
