Then they don't exist. Aspect strength depends so much on signs and houses that that may be the sole determining factor of aspect strength

Consider that Fixed Stars are visible objects that seem miniscule

however
unlike dwarf planet pluto

fixed stars are simply light years distant
ALDEBARAN for example is 65.23 light years away

In Aries, of course. But likely toned down considerably because of combustion.

Since Jupiter and Saturn can be combust, then can the outer planets be too?

I've analyzed the chart of one person's Neptune and it doesn't seem to..considering that Neptune can also indicate blind spots and also weaken a body/planet...
