firstly I would look how your mercury is aspected, in gemini in 11th (hopes and wishes, friends groups etc) so it's at home in this sign. the trine to pluto is 10' bit too wide for me, I use max 6' but the trine to saturn is valid and should give you the mental discipline to study. Very cose sextile to venus - beautification (venus) of words (mercury) So maybe friends (11th) inspire you to 9th house higher education, philosophies. Mercury rules 11th and 2nd and venus rules MC in 9th.

However, Neptune in 5th house of creativity is challenged by square and is part of Yod formation. the square to mars, may well sap your energy and need more rest on occasions and can easy ignore pain or illness or go the other way and take an aspirin at first sign of headache. Square to moon suggests emotional disillusionment connected to mother from childhood and no clear boundaries about nurturing ie: giving and receiving and to further this Mercury is square moon albeit wide orb suggesting tension when communicating to women and mother.

Just glancing at your chart I am drawn to your third house. This house is all about Gemini, writing, teaching, and expressing yourself through these means. Your Mars and Pluto in the third reveal intense desire to write and a need to express yourself through words. You can be a powerful teacher and writing can be a way you can expand and open up the minds of others, causing change in their beliefs and life. (Pluto in 3rd)

Thanks. :) It seems that the there is a lot of planets in my third house, and as has been said that house is about communication. With the neptune in the 5th, that means imagination? (Still a little unsure about my interpretation).

If not writing talent, could the communication mean something else like talking or some sort of therapist? I'm assuming that the communication is more than just writing, as it covers a pretty wide area.

I have been looking at the charts of some novelists, and can't seem to find many connections at all between them. Maybe this means that either there is no link, or that maybe my chart isn't conducive to creative writing?

I'd love some further interpetation from anyone who is more knowledgeable than me (probably 99.99% of the forum!!) :)

If you use the advanced search feature and put in keywords like google, you will get some interesting research. Plus I suggest you look at quintiles and bi-quintiles cos these can show 'hidden talent' :joyful:

Hi. Thanks for responding, I appreciate the help. (I'm not far from manch!!) :smile:

When you say quintiles and bi-quintiles, how can they be seen? I have th chart from astro.com, but is there any special chart type or setting for showing these?
