I've never done a horary chart before in regard to relocation. So, I'll give this my best try. I'm represented by Mars in the 7th house, conjucting Venus which Taurus generally represents. Jupiter, where I'm at now is in the 3rd house, but in retrograde, squaring Mars? I'm very confused, if anyone could give me insight I'd greatly appreciate it!
Will I be moving out of state?

I am not going to be much help but the 4thhouse is where you live now and the 7th house is where you will move too...the 4th of the 4th.
Mars in the 7th is a good indicator of yes, the square between jupiter and mars is another yes I think. The moon is in the 7th house rulership and the moon will square jupiter, your current home. So I think the answer is yes,you will relocate. Now out of state? hmm I don't know.
