"Politicians are a lot like diapers. They need to be changed frequently, and for the same reasons."-{Mark Twain}

This is ESPECIALLY true regarding the Presidency, which has become so powerful, it's time to limit it to ONE four-year term.

Trump is suggesting a 3rd term for him, and then like Erdogan, Putin, Kim, all those he admires, one without limits (twenty six years to life) :whistling:

MORE COMING OUT ACCUSING TRUMP OF SEXUAL ASSAULTS:

How many does this make now?

As many as Weinstein? Probably at least - because like this woman, they were hesitant to come out till now:

https://www.theguardian.com/us-news...-of-sexual-assault-by-former-model-amy-dorris

A former model has come forward to accuse Donald Trump of sexually assaulting her at the US Open tennis tournament more than two decades ago, in an alleged incident that left her feeling “sick” and “violated”.
In an exclusive interview with the Guardian, Amy Dorris alleged that Trump accosted her outside the bathroom in his VIP box at the tournament in New York on 5 September 1997.
Dorris, who was 24 at the time, accuses Trump of forcing his tongue down her throat, assaulting her all over her body and holding her in a grip she was unable to escape from.

Her account was also corroborated by several people she confided in about the incident. They include a friend in New York and Dorris’s mother, both of whom she called immediately after the alleged incident, as well as a therapist and friends she spoke to in the years since. All said Dorris had shared with them details of the alleged incident that matched what she later told the Guardian.
Dorris, now 48 and a mother to twin daughters, said she had considered speaking publicly about the incident in 2016, when several women made public similar accusations against the then Republican candidate for president. But she decided against coming forward, in part because she thought that doing so might harm her family.

Trump has a lot of the characteristics of 2nd President John Adams, who used the sedition laws against his political opponents. Adams was pompous, conceited, hated to be criticized, and packed the courts against his successor, Thomas Jefferson, just before he left office.

Trump's Atty. General, William Barr, is currently threatening to use sedition charges against protesters.

We'll see if Trump refuses to attend the Inauguration ceremony when Biden takes office in 2021, like Adams, who also served one term as President, refused to attend Jefferson's.

When Mrs. Lincoln spent too much of the taxpayer's allotment on fine French linens and drapes, the Congress went to her husband Abraham and demanded he have a talk with her which he did. The same equivalent happened with husband and wife Ronald & Mrs. Reagan when she wanted new dishes / china it was paid for by her friends, the Sinatras etc. Even the wealthy back then, had an understanding you don't do this to the taxpayers without a revolt eventually.

(similar to "let them eat cake" years of Marie Antoinette and her husband, the King)

Trump on the other hand has received over a Million dollars in less then 4 years in office directly to his own clubs, resorts, etc. Even when NOT there, the Secret Service still reserves a cottage or rooms at over $500 per night - coming to approximately $70,000. per month when he and his wife aren't there.

Once, Jared & Ivanka were however for a few hours in an otherwise empty resort. :bandit: I hope the taxpayers don't feel vandalized by these vandals. The difference is, when Fox Republicans and trump use to complain about the Obama's trips out of town, it wasn't going into the Obama's personal coffers. The money went into the overall economy. Quite a difference I'd suggest. :whistling: For him, it's "just in case he decides to show up"

She also overindulged in the redecorating process of the White House, lobbying Congress for $20,000 (almost the same amount as the presidential salary) to refurbish the mansion, and ended up over budget by nearly $7,000. While she often received items as gifts, she still did not have a long-term plan to pay for those that were not gifted to her.

By 1864, her debts had run up to $27,000, nearly $400,000 in today’s money. President Lincoln was furious, causing arguments and problems in their marriage. Desperate, she would share political secrets with officials or promise political favors in exchange for loans. She even sold off excess manure purchased to fertilize White House grounds, and fired mansion staff to save money. She and her husband were fortunate that the White House expenses used to pay off her debt were kept secret during Lincoln’s 1864 reelection campaign.

For the Reagan's tenure:
The White House Historial Association collected $822,641 from private donors earlier this year and partof the money was used to refurbish the Reagan's upstairs living quarters.

Michael Steele who use to be the head of the RNC - now advises Liberty.com - says that the trump base of fans each time they show up says by their endorsement "Yeah, I'm with Stupid"

There was such an uproar both in the newspapers and the public, that Nancy Reagan ultimately had her friend Frank Sinatra fund an organization meant to be a slush fund for the Reagans during their tenure:

Why not the same for this faux potus and his wife? After the elections are over IF Joe Biden takes office, there will have to be some serious legal bills proffered considering all the crimes committed in the past 4 years. :rightful: :rightful: :rightful:

Will Saturn be an important along with Jupiter in this country's near future? I don't think so.....can't see it. :pinched: Both in Aquarius.

Trump supporters think it's clever, not stupid of Trump to be getting away with using $$$millions of taxpayer dollars for his own private expenses, including legal fees. It's the "Art of the Steal"!

Before becoming President, Trump had completely lost his credit rating in the U.S., and turned to Germany and Russia to borrow money after his bankruptcies.

Biden's the most "normal" of the group, if that's appealing to the Swing-States. Jill would make a great First Lady. Bernie and Bloomberg aren't married, and regarding the others, there hasn't been a "First Dude" yet.

Biden's more normal than Trump, isn't saddled with the "Socialist" label Bernie chose for himself, and is a Catholic, which is an asset in some ways. The Trump campaign appears to fear his candidacy, which is telling.

Don't tell Mrs. Sanders that Bernie is not married David! The teacher, Jane Sanders:

JUSTIC RUTH GINSBURG DEAD _

Oh woe....Rest in Peace Ruth, a job well done for your country men & women :( :innocent: :innocent: :innocent: Now she rests with the angels.

Remember when Mitch McConnell would NOT bring up the vote for Judge Garland chosen by President Barack Obama using the excuse it was a year away from an Election??

Well, this one would only be a few weeks away from an Election.

And NO to Guiliani even IF (lord forbid) rump gets in.

Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg dictated this statement to her granddaughter Clara Spera:

"My most fervent wish is that I will not be replaced until a new president is installed." https://npr.org/2020/09/18/100

the late Ruth Ginsburg:
https://www.nydailynews.com/news/national/ny-metro-rbg-prep-20501010-story.html

Ginsburg was honored in 1999 with the American Bar Association’s Thurgood Marshall Award, honoring her effort on behalf of gender equality and civil rights.

Will Trump honor her last wish? I bet NOT! (not on a bet)

added: It didn't take much more then one hour for Mitch McConnell and trump to come out of their huddle and say they didn't care, the vote would be held for trump's justice pick. -Will it be ex mayor and trump lawyer Giuliani? Lets hope not as he mentioned him a few times as one of a few he considered. The always hypocritical McConnell did not allow President Obama (denying him) his own choice of a Justice he chose without any kind of hearing when there were 11 months left of Obama's term. Almost an entire year.

For those who don't know, the reason why this is so important is because now the vote will be tipped to the ultra-right especially concerning women's rights and their bodies. Supreme court Justices, are life long positions.

L.A. Times:
Mitch McConnell says Senate will vote on Trump's pick to replace Ruth Bader Ginsburg

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell says the Senate will vote on President Trump's pick to replace Ruth Bader Ginsburg on the Supreme Court. In 2016, another presidential election year, he refused to act on President Obama's nomination to fill the opening left by Justice Antonin Scalia's death.

from New York Times: 2/18/20

When conservative Justice Antonin Scalia died in February 2016, also an election year, McConnell refused to act on President Barack Obama’s nomination of Judge Merrick Garland to fill the opening. The seat remained vacant until after Trump’s surprising presidential victory.
Trump ended up nominating Neil Gorsuch, who was confirmed to the court.
The 2020 election is 46 days away.
McConnell had earlier said he would move to confirm a Trump nominee if there were a vacancy this year.
In his Friday night statement, McConnell contrasted the situation presented by Ginsburg’s death to that which followed Scalia’s.
“In the last midterm election before Justice Scalia’s death, Americans elected a Republican Senate majority because we pledged to check and balance the last days of a lame-duck president’s second term.

Senator Lindsey Graham needs to be removed from office, pronto! Hypocrisy and lies. I think the man running against him is in even place 48-48.

He needs to run this commercial of Lindsey Graham's OWN words back to him:
“I want you to use my words against me. If there’s a Republican president in 2016 and a vacancy occurs in the last year of the first term, you can say Lindsey Graham said let’s let the next president, whoever it might be, make that nomination."

"I want you to hold my words against me" he said in 2016 -

Just in case you don’t know - Lindsey Graham is now the chair of the Senate Judiciary Committee. We will use his words against him.

It's the real likelihood of losing BOTH the Presidency AND the Senate majority that has the Trumpublicans so desperate to get one of their own ilk onto the Supreme Court while they still can!

The Trumpublican buzzards are thrilled about Ruth Bader Ginsburg's demise. Now, they're planning on getting themselves a Trumpublican to fill her post, right over her dead body!

Lindsay Graham is in real trouble with honest Conservatives over his refusal to honor his own principled pledge to wait until after an Election to choose a new Supreme Court Justice. He's literally disgraced himself in their eyes. If he had any respectability before, he's lost it now by proving himself to be nothing but another one of Trump's spineless lackeys.
